CNC Pen Plotter
The Pen Plotter is a computer numerical control (CNC) machine similar to a laser cutter or 3D printer. It functions using an Arduino Uno, after sending 2D sketches through a post processor and using GCode sent to the machine to draw them out using a dry erase marker.
After creating and uploading some drawings in Fusion 360, the files were converted to GCode using a post processor before being sent over to the Pen Plotter to be drawn.
The Pen Plotter taught me a lot about the inner workings of CNC machining, GCode and post processing and manufacturing.
